PROCESSING TIME

Zaidi Apparel ships worldwide, primarily using FedEx for delivery. In Pakistan we are using TCS courier Service

The total delivery time is: processing time + shipping time.

Processing Time: We take 1-2 Business days to process order

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email. This notification will include your tracking details and an estimated delivery date. Stock wigs are usually shipped within 1-2 business days.

Order Cutoff Time:

Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (London)

SHIPPING TIME

United Kingdom: 4-8 business days.

USA: 6-8 business days.

Other Countries: 12-14 business days.

We ship for free worldwide

*Please note:

  1. The time frames provided do not include production time and do not account for delays caused by vendors, service disruptions, or weather-related issues.
  2. We do not accept shipping to PO Boxes. Please ensure that you do not use a PO Box as your shipping address, as this may result in delivery issues.
  3. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Various factors, such as holidays, adverse weather conditions, strikes, and global events like wars, COVID-19, or other disease policies, may lead to delays in delivery. We appreciate your understanding in case of any inconvenience caused.
  4. Any costs incurred due to delays in delivery or changes to the shipping address made by the buyer will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  5. Buyers are responsible for any costs incurred due to order cancellations or returns for personal reasons midway through the process.

Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed by the customer’s country’s customs department will be the responsibility of the customer. The prices listed on Zaidi Apparel do not include customs duties or taxes.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also track your order by logging into our website and navigating to “Account > My account > My orders.” or Track your order
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. Refer to our tracking guide to learn how to track your order. For additional tracking information, please contact us.

In the event that the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us due to address issues, you may be charged reshipping costs if you request a refund.
