14-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to meet our customers’ needs and ensure a comfortable and confident shopping experience at Zaidi Apparel. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return/exchange request. Requests made after this period will not be honored. Kindly reach out to us via email at info@zaidiapparel.com to begin the process.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Defective or incorrect items must be reported via email within 30 days of receipt. Providing detailed descriptions, pictures, and/or videos in your email to info@zaidiapparel.com will expedite the return/refund process.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and uncut. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, used wigs cannot be accepted for return.
- Customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging items.

- If the return is due to our errors (such as incorrect products or quality issues), a full refund will be provided.
Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:
- If the return is due to the buyer’s reasons (such as not liking the item or ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
General Return/Exchange Process:
- Initiate a return/exchange by emailing us at info@zaidiapparel.com with your order number. Our customer service team will assess the eligibility of your request. Providing reasons for the return and relevant pictures will facilitate the process.
- Ship the item back using the provided return/exchange address and instructions within 7 days of receiving the email confirmation.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled before shipment or if production has not begun for custom items.
- Cancellations for personalized/customized/special order items may incur material and processing fees if made after 12 hours.
